We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead marketing initiatives, drive brand recognition, and increase public outreach. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical leader with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. The Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing department, including digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and brand management. This role requires a blend of hands-on execution and high-level strategic planning, working closely with executive leadership to align marketing goals with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business goals.
Oversee all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and our company website.
Lead public relations efforts and manage relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and voice across all platforms.
Collaborate with HR to strengthen employee engagement.
Analyze and report on communication efforts.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
