Our current VP of Brand Marketing is returning to a larger role and scope. She is helping transition her team to a new leader and remains for a few weeks to ensure a smooth handoff.

You have demonstrated measured success in leading and growing a respected brand or brands You have successfully led the execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns You have measured success leveraging social media to spark conversations and grow communities You have effectively used consumer research to identify insights that positively impact business metrics You bring 10+ years of relevant experience

This role is based in Boston. You’ll work on-site Wednesdays and Thursdays each week. Our market-based compensation strategy determines base pay for our jobs. Your Job Lead a large team encompassing Creative Services, Social Media, Brand Marketing, Speaking, and PR. Grow our brand awareness, community, and business. Responsibilities
Creative Services: Lead the team that produces all creative assets for the Business Units, Social Media, Brand Marketing / Partnerships, Speaking, and PR; oversee go-to-market strategies with cohesive brand messaging across channels. Social Media: Lead the team that develops and implements social media strategy across existing and emerging platforms; grow our community of optimists and improve brand experience. Brand Marketing: Develop and execute cross-channel strategies to broaden the customer base and convey the brand and non-profit commitment; manage the brand marketing budget; identify and nurture brand partnerships; conduct consumer research to inform marketing efforts. Speaking Engagements: Lead and grow paid speaking revenue; partner with non-profit leadership to increase awareness and relevance.
