Location: Remote (onsite flex for key weeks a plus)Job Type: Freelance with hour flux on high-utilization contract (depending on pipeline)Compensation Range: $45 - 55 per hourWe're looking for a skilled 3D Render/Visualization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating photo-real product renderings and scene builds across various lines of business. This position will complement our 2D Motion Designer, adding a crucial 3D capability to our creative team.Responsibilities:Own photo-real rendering workflows (materials, lighting, camera, compositing passes).Convert and optimize CAD assets for animation/render pipelines; manage geometry cleanliness and UVs.Build render-ready scenes; create re-usable lookdev libraries and templates for speed.Collaborate with producers and designers on timelines, render estimates, and quality gates.Deliver clean, labeled, versioned files for downstream motion/editorial.Qualifications:Proven photo-real rendering track record (product/industrial preferred).Expertise in 3ds Max (rendering), Cinema 4D (3D pipeline), and common render engines; solid material/shader know-how.Comfort collaborating in asynchronous environments; meticulous documentation and file hygiene.Understanding of motion handoffs for 2D/finishing teams.Nice-to-Haves:Basic compositing in After Effects or Nuke; experience with photo replacement workflows.JOBID: 1102896 #LI-CELLA#LI-TT1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
