Content Designer Job at Motion Recruitment in Mountain View

Overview

Our client, a leading accounting and tax software provider, is actively seeking a Content Designer to join their in-product content team in Mountain View, CA. This role will be hybrid and require 3 days a week onsite.

*This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!*

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the strategy and execution for their assisted program offerings and in-product content. You will partner with a team of content designers and help shape the end-to-end narrative for the assisted tax programs utilized by their customers.

Responsibilities

• Write spot-on content for every screen while choosing the right tone, structure, and voice
• Value the balance of words to visual elements, content density, and highlighting customer benefit
• Resolve customer problems through content design while driving conversion and revenue

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Content Designer or UX writer
• Prior experience supporting consumer-facing software products
• Experience with Figma
• Ability to manage your own projects within tight deadlines
