Who You’ll Work With

You will primarily work with Brianna, Jess, and Devan. We also often partner with external contractors and agencies for specialized design work, like motion or 3D. If there is someone you want to work with externally and they are good, you are free to hire them as a contractor.

Why This Role Exists

As a company, we’ve hit an inflection point. We have processed over $1B in payments and helped 50M+ consumers connect accounts on the largest apps in the world. Based on our metrics, you would think more people (prospective customers and end-users) would know who we are, but they do not.

It’s time the world knows who we are and that starts with producing great content. Today, our bottleneck for producing great content is design — and this is why this role exists. We believe hiring a content designer will level up our content game by an order of magnitude. We are missing good content design, and you will come in and completely change that.

Who You Are and How You’ll Add Value

We’re looking for someone who can design great content and evolve our brand. You will work alongside our Head of Product Marketing to produce content that supports her team, and with me to help define and evolve our brand. The right person is a full-stack creative who can take things from 0 to 1 and flex between many projects at once.

Some Things You May Do

  • Design blog post assets, 1-pagers, slide decks, company swag, conference booths, ads, and more
  • Incorporate data and user research into content decisions
  • Help define how content at Method gets produced, reviewed, and released at scale

Salary: The annual US base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000
