Position: Marketing Associate
Location: Onsite in Tampa, Florida (with 40 work-from-home hours annually)
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
Bonus: Quarterly Marketing Pool Bonus (~$4,000 - $8,000 per quarter, based on firm performance)
Relocation: $5,000 provided

Summary

This position reports to the Marketing Manager and is a key part of the Marketing, Communications, and Data Management team. The Marketing Associate will develop deep knowledge of the firm's strategies, manage marketing content and databases, support client communications, and ensure accuracy and compliance across materials. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in investment markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in the firm's strategies to communicate marketing messages effectively.

  • Create and maintain firm, strategy, and client presentations, reports, and commentaries.

  • Manage DDQ/RFP/RFI submissions, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.

  • Oversee databases, including approved response language, RocketDocs (RFP software), and consultant databases (eVestment OMNI).

  • Ensure marketing materials comply with regulatory standards and receive necessary approvals.

  • Handle requests for marketing materials from internal and external stakeholders.

  • Contribute to publishing, LinkedIn content, client communications, and data reporting.

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and assignments.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Marketing.

  • 1-3 years of experience in financial marketing (open to recent graduates with strong internship/DDQ/RFP/RFI experience).

  • Knowledge of investment research/financial markets.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with DDQ/RFP/RFI processes strongly preferred.
