The MGN Foundation is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Public Relations Assistant to support public relations, community outreach, and event coordination. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking practical experience in media outreach, community engagement, and event operations within a small, mission-driven organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Represent the organization at community events, pop-ups, and outreach activities with a professional and engaging presence.
• Support event planning and logistics, including coordination of setup, on-site operations, and teardown to ensure smooth execution.
• Collect attendee feedback and event metrics; prepare concise reports and recommendations to improve future outreach.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community members and partners to advance program goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and outreach team members to align PR activities with campaign objectives and brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required; equivalent internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experience is valuable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and confidence engaging diverse audiences in person.

• Availability for occasional evenings and weekends; reliable transportation to event locations preferred.
