Floating Leasing and Marketing Specialist (Multiple Sites)
WinnCompanies is seeking a
Floating Leasing and Marketing Specialist
to join our team in
Boston, MA . We are looking for a sales-oriented individual with high energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a focus on sales execution. The role involves managing leads, leasing activities, and marketing efforts for new construction/lease-up communities across the Northeast/South Central markets. The responsibilities include lead management in CRM, local outreach, networking, hosting marketing and open house events, and converting leads into leases. The role requires providing excellent customer service, maintaining occupancy and rent goals, and supporting new property launches. This onsite, full-time position requires 40 hours per week with a 75% travel expectation. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends. Responsibilities
Engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy, generate traffic, conduct tours, and qualify prospects. Prepare lease documentation, manage move-in procedures, and maintain databases. Deliver exceptional customer service. Educate residents on company programs, policies, and procedures. Handle resident requests and manage campaign-related tasks such as advertising updates. Oversee marketing materials and digital content accuracy. Build relationships with local businesses, employers, and real estate brokers to generate leads. Plan and facilitate on-site and off-site events for various audiences. Stay informed on federal, state, and local regulations. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing. Less than 1 year of relevant experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and travel up to 75%. Valid driver’s license in good standing. Preferred Qualifications
NALP Certification. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Knowledge of property management software (e.g., RealPage, Knock CRM). Experience in property management, hospitality, sales, or customer service industries. Benefits
