where you'll drive high-impact campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond. We're looking for a proven performance-focused marketer and media strategist who can think big, lead smart, and get into the weeds when needed. You'll mentor a team of paid media specialists, own client strategy, partner closely with clients, and deliver measurable ROI that fuels growth. This is a

hybrid role

based in the Greater Phoenix area - ideal for someone who enjoys both in-person collaboration and flexible remote work. What You’ll Do: Lead and grow a team of paid media specialists, fostering collaboration and performance excellence. Build, optimize, and execute full-funnel, omni-channel paid media strategies across search, social (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Bing), video, programmatic platforms, and emerging platforms. Oversee media planning, buying, pacing, and optimization to ensure campaigns hit KPIs and exceed client expectations. Serve as the paid media thought leader on client accounts - translating data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations. Leverage analytics and conversion tracking to uncover opportunities, refine targeting, and maximize ROI. Ensure best-in-class tracking infrastructure (pixels, tags, events) for reliable attribution and reporting. Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and digital trends - and coach your team to do the same. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. 8–10+ years of digital marketing experience with deep expertise in paid media strategy. 6+ years of leading teams and serving as a client-facing strategist. Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and hands-on familiarity with TikTok, LinkedIn, Bing, and programmatic platforms. Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and drive measurable business results. Strong understanding of digital analytics, attribution modeling, and performance-based storytelling. Excellent communication and leadership skills - you're just as comfortable presenting to executives as you are mentoring your team.
