Percepture is a growth‑focused B2B marketing agency founded in 2004, hiring a hands‑on Digital Strategist who also leads a small pod of specialists. You’ll architect paid‑media strategy, guide two–three junior strategists, and jump in yourself whenever needed to keep campaigns sharp. Important: A separate BI team owns GA4 & Looker Studio dashboard creation. Your mission is to analyze those dashboards in real time, extract insights, and drive action—not build the dashboards. Key Responsibilities
25%: Channel Strategy & Planning – Own B2B media plans (audience, budgets, messaging, funnel stages) across LinkedIn, StackAdapt, Google & Meta. 25%: Team Leadership – Mentor a pod of digital strategists; review asset queues, QA builds, and set weekly priorities. 25%: Campaign Execution & Optimization – Personally build, iterate, and troubleshoot ads when extra muscle is needed. 15%: Data Analysis & Insight Generation – Mine GA4 & Looker Studio dashboards provided by the BI team; surface trends, anomalies, and next steps during live client readouts (no slide decks). 10%: Innovation & AI Experimentation – Pilot AI prompts for copy, creative variants, and rapid data analysis; document and scale wins. Qualifications
7 - 15 years hands‑on paid media in B2B demand gen Proven success with LinkedIn Ads and a programmatic DSP (ideally StackAdapt) Deep familiarity with Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube) & Meta Ads Strong analytical chops—comfortable slicing GA4 & Looker Studio dashboards to uncover insights, attribution gaps, and growth levers Comfortable leading a team—setting sprint goals, reviewing work, and coaching growth AI‑positive: use ChatGPT / Claude / Jasper, etc., to accelerate research, copy, and insight discovery HubSpot / Marketo / Pardot experience ABM tools (6sense, Demandbase) 90‑day channel roadmap with budgets & audience definitions Weekly insight summary (Slack/Trello) drawn from GA4 & Looker dashboards Live client readouts highlighting wins, blockers, and next steps LinkedIn lead form CPL≤US$120 (Tier‑1 accounts) 20% QoQ decrease in wasted spend (zero‑conversion terms, non‑ICP audiences) Engagement Details
