As a Senior Design System Designer, you’ll work alongside a team of world-class designers, engineers, and product managers to manage our design system and design solutions for the hospitality ecosystem.Manage multiple projects of moderate scope across the product lifecycle, setting the vision for the user experience, and clearly explaining the strategic purpose and user value behind decisions Be the voice of the user, advocating for solutions that deliver the best user experience with a consideration of available site data, user research, and industry best practices5 or more years of experience designing across mobile and web, with at least 1 year focused on design systemsFamiliarity with HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks
