Overview
International law firm with great reputation seeks a Business Development and Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This is a permanent position with a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in the office per week) and a competitive base pay range. Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the client base and increase revenue. Conduct thorough client research to understand needs and tailor services accordingly. Stay abreast of industry trends, providing insights to the team and adapting strategies as necessary. Oversee the management of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Organize and participate in events to enhance brand visibility and cultivate relationships with potential clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and marketing efforts. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of business development strategies and marketing campaigns, making necessary adjustments for optimum results. Provide leadership in the development of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials. Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in business development and marketing, preferably within the legal industry. Proven track record of developing and executing business development strategies that have resulted in significant growth. Strong knowledge of the legal industry, including the latest trends and challenges. Exceptional client research skills, with the ability to translate findings into actionable business development plans. Experience in project management, with a demonstrated ability to oversee projects from inception to completion. Proficiency in organizing and participating in events that enhance brand visibility and client engagement. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a team, as well as independently. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field. A Masters degree will be an added advantage.
