We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager for Business Development & Marketing in the Legal industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to drive the growth of our business and enhance our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of business strategies, marketing campaigns, client relations, and project management. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, strategic thinking, and excellent organization skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and increase market share.
2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
3. Utilize CRM systems, preferably InterAction, to manage client information and interactions, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
4. Develop and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing and web content creation, to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
5. Create, manage, and distribute high-quality marketing materials to support business development efforts.
6. Ensure all business development and marketing activities align with the firm's goals and objectives.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
8. Provide detailed data reporting on business development and marketing activities, tracking performance, and making necessary adjustments to strategies.
9. Uphold the highest level of confidentiality in all business dealings and client interactions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and marketing within the legal industry.
3. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
4. Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably InterAction, and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
7. Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and solve problems.
8. Experience in email marketing, web content creation, and the production of marketing materials.
9. Knowledge of data reporting and analysis.
10. Demonstrated ability to uphold the highest level of confidentiality.
