Overview We are hiring a Senior UX Researcher (not a designer with limited research experience) in a fast-paced environment; the role will support backlog refinement, product development, and roadmap execution. Candidate must be local to Chicago, IL Details Job Title: Senior UX Researcher Work Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 12 months Contract Hourly Rate: $60.00-$62.00 per hour Manufacturing industries is MUST Top Technical Skills Ability to uncover deep customer insights Strong stakeholder management Proficiency in UX research methodologies and documentation Experience & Education 8-10 years of UX research experience Required. Educational background in Social Sciences, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction , or a related UX discipline. Some design experience is acceptable, but the focus is on deep research capability .
