The Marketing Associate plays a critical role in supporting Relentless Brands marketing strategy across national and local channels. Youll work closely with the marketing team to execute creative, bold, and scalable initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and franchise success across our portfolio. Were looking for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a creative yet analytical mindset, and takes extreme ownership of their work.
Responsibilities Content Execution: Own and execute content calendars across brands, aligning campaigns across email, social, paid media, events, and internal communications.
Email Marketing: Build and deploy campaigns from strategy to execution using CRM and email tools. Manage and analyze campaigns at both the national and franchise level.
Creative Collaboration: Partner with the Creative Team to develop compelling brand assets (static, video, and animation) for digital and social campaigns.
Brand Growth: Support and execute strategies to boost visibility, conversion, and retention across marketing channels for multiple brands.
Franchise Support: Train and support Franchise Partners on local marketing best practices, tools, and systems to maximize brand performance.
Campaign Leadership: Help manage the promotional calendar, supporting brand campaigns, franchise development initiatives, and internal events.
Event Marketing: Support content and communications strategy for corporate and franchise-facing events, training programs, and brand summits.
What Were Looking For Proven experience in a marketing role with campaign execution, content creation, or digital strategy
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Creative thinker with an analytical mindset
Excellent communicator and collaborator
Up-to-date with marketing technology, tools, and best practices
Passion for wellness, community, and brand growth
Preferred Experience & Tools CRM platforms (AXLE, Mindbody, Classpass, etc.)
Canva (required), Adobe Creative Suite, or other design platforms (a plus)
Mailchimp, Klaviyo (a plus)
Facebook Business & Ads Manager (required)
Google Ads & Google Analytics (certification preferred)
Google My Business (required)
Directory Management (a plus)
G-Suite / Microsoft Excel (required)
WordPress, SEO, reputation management (a plus)
POS system experience (a plus)
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
