We’re looking for a fast-moving, trend-obsessed Content Creator who knows how to capture attention and keep it. You’ll create scroll-stopping visuals, short-form videos, and behind-the-scenes magic that bring the energy of ISI® Elite Training and The Plunge House® to life.

Bring our sessions, plunges, events, and team culture to life through high-energy storytelling.
Create for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Threads — and stay ahead of what’s next.
Own the creative side of the content calendar and assist our marketing associates who manage the socials with strategy and ideas.
Jump into team events, community workouts, recovery sessions, and activations with camera in hand.
Collaborate with Marketing, Franchise, and Facility teams to keep all content brand-aligned.
Organize, tag, and manage digital assets so they’re always ready to repurpose.
Be comfortable working in a fast paced setting that may need events captured that occur outside of the traditional 9am - 5pm. You will be working office hours but will need to flex based on project needs.
#Strong camera and editing skills — both iPhone and DSLR preferred.
Fluency in Adobe Premiere (After Effects a bonus) or mobile-first editing tools (CapCut, etc.)
You know when to polish and when to post fast — perfection isn’t the priority, performance is.
A sharp eye for lighting, transitions, and trends — especially short-form video.
Strong knowledge of social platform behaviors (algorithms, sound trends, formatting nuances).
Bonus points if you’ve worked with tools like Canva, Monday.You thrive in a startup-paced environment with multiple brands and high expectations.
You can take initiative, receive feedback, and turn content around on tight timelines.
You’re passionate about fitness, wellness, and brand storytelling — and want to be part of a challenger brand with legacy-level goals.
You’re not looking to manage the social channels — you’re looking to create it, move fast, and grow with a brand that’s building momentum. This is the role for someone who’s ready to shoot, edit, strategize, and repeat.
