Your Role:
- Deliver personalized music lessons to students of various ages and skill levels.
- Develop positive relationships with students and parents through regular communication, setting goals, and providing progress updates.
- Collaborate with store teams to schedule lessons effectively and enhance student retention.
- Utilize your musical knowledge to motivate and support students in their musical journey.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a comparable field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in music teaching.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
- Professional teaching certifications or memberships.
- Over 8 years of teaching experience, particularly with various instruments including but not limited to: guitar, piano, violin, and voice.
