Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Paid Ads Specialist who is an expert in Google Ads and obsessed with driving ROI. You’ll take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns for our clients in the dental industry. This is not an entry-level role—you should already have proven success running six-figure campaigns, scaling accounts, and finding creative ways to lower costs while increasing conversions.
Bonus if you are an agency founder or co-founder and have experience with growth marketing for your own agency. We move fast, test often, and reward results—compensation will be based on your results and company growth.
What You’ll Do
Plan, launch, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max
Conduct keyword research, build campaign structures, and write compelling ad copy that converts
Monitor daily performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI
Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies
Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and supported
Build and present clear reports that showcase results to clients and leadership
Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new ad formats
Mentor junior team members and contribute to building repeatable best practices
AI & Automation
Integrate AI tools to streamline campaign management, reporting, and content creation
Stay ahead of trends to adopt new technologies that improve performance
Client Growth & Retention
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and ROI-driven results
Build scalable onboarding, reporting, and client communication systems
Develop case studies, success stories, and results-driven collateral
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a proven track record of ROI
Deep understanding of bidding strategies, Quality Score, conversion tracking, and remarketing
Google Ads Certified (preferred)
Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, SE Ranking
Strong analytical skills—you know your way around pivot tables, dashboards, and custom reports
Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Strong communicator who can simplify performance data for clients
Agency experience or multi-client account management is a big plus
Bonus: knowledge of Meta Ads, SEO, or AI-powered optimization tools
NOTE: If you own an existing dental marketing agency, we are open to M & A conversations.
