We leverage LinkedIn, Meta, and more to reach, engage, and convert target audiences. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team. The Senior LinkedIn Strategist works directly with mid-market and enterprise clients, communicating results, creating custom strategies, and executing Paid Media deliverables.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Provide fractional support for internal marketing in support of a boutique agency within Directive
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Manage personal productivity and utilization
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals
- Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships
- Execute and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns including ad copy, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer
- 4+ years experience at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on support for B2B clients
- Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of LinkedIn Ad Units such as Conversation Ads, Document Ads, CTV, and more
- Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and more)
- Ability to delegate to junior team members to ensure joint success
- Strong understanding of paid principles (keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, campaign optimization)
- Ability to analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics/GA4, Excel, or other analytics tools to drive decisions
- Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
- Experience with audience segmentation (tier, job title, etc.)
- Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Ability to translate strategy into data-driven storytelling
- Competitive and curious mindset; strong problem solving
- Willing to stay at the cutting edge of the industry and pursue growth opportunities
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
- Quality-focused with sustained enthusiasm for advertising
- Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, as needed

- Effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
- Meet and exceed department KPIs (client growth and goal attainment; core KPIs include NSMs and Client Satisfaction scores)
- Build client trust and relationships leading to renewals
- Cross-sell services aligned with client goals
- Clearly communicate results with client contact and executives
- Make exceptional decisions for strategic direction of accounts
Benefits
- Base salary range for this position in the United States: $85,000–$95,000 USD with potential for bonus eligibility. Actual salary may vary based on compensation practices and experience.

Work Environment Requirements
