Adecco is hiring: Art Director / Designer - Beauty in Clearwater

Overview

Adecco Creative is looking for an experienced Art Director / Designer to join us on a maternity leave cover assignment, supporting a leading global beauty brand. This role blends design, art direction, and project management across packaging, e-commerce, merchandising, and social media initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with directors and external partners to bring innovation launches to life, ensuring assets are brand-right, globally consistent, and marketing-ready.

Day in the Life

• Partner with two creative directors on design and art direction for new product innovations
• Translate creative briefs into layouts, packaging, and digital assets across e-commerce and merchandising touchpoints (social media support as needed)
• Manage project timelines through all phases, from concept to release of final files
• Ensure assets meet brand guidelines and are delivered as market-ready materials (DMIs)
• Collaborate with external production partners to oversee post-production on stills and video content
• Contribute to creative research and ideation for multiple beauty sub-brands
• Act as part of an “in-house agency” team, balancing agility with corporate structure

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of design experience in beauty, fragrance, or fashion
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global brand environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating beauty or lifestyle work (required)
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency in Figma
• Excellent understanding of packaging production processes and digital asset delivery
• A proactive self-starter who can juggle multiple projects without sacrificing quality
• Passion for beauty and design with meticulous attention to detail
