Designer
to provide design and art direction support during a maternity leave coverage period. This role will work across multiple beauty brands, supporting innovation launches, e-commerce, merchandising, and digital assets. The ideal candidate is a
self-starter with global brand experience , proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and able to deliver marketing-ready assets at a high standard. \n Day-to-Day Responsibilities: \n
\n
Partner with two Creative Directors to support innovation launches across beauty brands.
\n
Execute design and art direction for e-commerce, merchandising, and social media projects.
\n
Develop layouts, manage project timelines, and release final files.
\n
Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and are production-ready (DMIs).
\n
Collaborate with external partners, managing timelines for post-production of stills and video.
\n
Act as part of an in-house creative agency, supporting global execution of innovation projects.
\n
Research and ideate creative vision for assigned brands (Biolage, Mizani, Pureology).
\n
\n Requirements: \n Must-Haves: \n

Self starter, experience in a Fast paced environment \n
Global brand experience \n
Adobe Suite and FIGMA proficient \n
Beauty experience \n
portfolio is required \n
Being able to put things together that feel complete on their own \n
\n Nice-to-Haves: \n
\n
Beauty brand experience (ideal). \n
Knowledge of packaging production processes. \n
Passion for fashion/beauty with an eye for aesthetics and brand expression. \n
