Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to cover a maternity leave and support innovation launches across multiple brands. This role involves working closely with two directors and external partners to deliver high-quality design and art direction across web, packaging, graphic, and digital formats. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, ensure brand consistency, and contribute to the global execution of marketing-ready assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with two directors to support innovation launches.
• Handle design and art direction functions across e-commerce, merchandising, and social media.
• Manage layouts, file handling, and project timelines through all phases to final release.
• Ensure creation of marketing-ready assets (DMIs) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Facilitate global execution of innovation projects.
• Coordinate with external partners on post-production timelines for still and video assets.
• Operate as part of an internal agency within a corporate environment.
• Research and ideate creative vision for three brands as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in the beauty, fragrance, or fashion industry as a designer.
• Passion for fashion and beauty design with impeccable production skills.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and strong understanding of packaging production.
• Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Meticulous attention to design details and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Global brand experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and FIGMA.
• Beauty industry experience with a strong portfolio showcasing complete design work.
