Overview

We’re looking for a dubbing production expert who can deliver flawless multi-language video content using cutting-edge AI technology. This role requires someone who understands the entire dubbing pipeline from source to final delivery across web, broadcast, and streaming platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AI dubbing workflows from ingestion through final quality control
• Produce broadcast-ready dubbed content using proprietary AI models alongside industry tools
• Execute complex multi-language video projects with perfect lip-sync and voice matching
• Coordinate with linguists on translation accuracy and cultural adaptation
• Ensure technical delivery standards for television, streaming platforms, and digital distribution
• Optimize dubbing pipelines for efficiency while maintaining exceptional quality

Essential Experience

• Deep knowledge of professional dubbing workflows (ADR, voice matching, timing adjustment)
• Proven track record producing dubbed content for broadcast/streaming (Netflix, Disney+, broadcast TV specs)
• Expertise with AI dubbing platforms and ability to troubleshoot synthesis issues
• Experience managing multi-language productions and working with translation teams
• Understanding of QC processes for dubbed content including timing, lip-sync, and audio mixing
• Familiarity with localization best practices and cultural adaptation requirements

Technical Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in professional NLEs and audio post-production tools
• Experience with AI voice synthesis, cloning, and lip-sync technologies
• Knowledge of broadcast delivery specifications and compliance standards
• Ability to handle complex timeline management for multi-language outputs
• Understanding of audio mixing for dubbed content and dialogue replacement
