Operations Associate - Fashion Valley Mall

The Operations Associate role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. The Operations Associate role is an early morning position and you will work with a team to perform functions prior to store opening.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service - Work in a fast-paced environment, assisting customers and connecting them with the right information and products.
• Executes pricing and signing - Change ticket prices and signage on merchandise efficiently across the store.
• Replenish and restock the store - Understand customer needs and assist sales floor peers by pulling and preparing merchandise to ensure availability of styles and sizes.
• Receive and unload merchandise - Unload trucks and prepare merchandise in the backroom with team members.
• Backroom standards - Keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Omnichannel - Contribute to omnichannel efforts including Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving.
• Merchandise strategy - Execute leadership plans for merchandise placement; maintain merchandising standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience as goods flow to the sales floor.
• Participates in a learning environment - Absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes.

• Work experience: 1-2 years retail experience.
