Overview

Proper Hospitality is seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media & Influencer Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. This role will focus on daily execution and organization across social media, influencer partnerships, and digital asset management.

Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and excited about supporting both organic social and influencer initiatives while collaborating across paid media, marketing, and creative teams. This role will also involve coordinating with photographers/videographers and occasionally being on-property to support shoots, events, and influencer activations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management & Community
    • Manage daily posting and scheduling across multiple brand and property accounts
    • Support community management: monitoring comments, DMs, and engaging with followers
    • Assist with copywriting, content formatting, and asset tagging to ensure consistency with brand tone and guidelines
    • Coordinate with the marketing team on content calendars and campaign launches
    • Monitor competitor activity, trending content, and emerging platform features to share with the team
  • Influencer & Creator Partnerships
    • Research and identify relevant influencers and creators
    • Manage outreach, communication, and coordination of contracts, deliverables, and timelines
    • Track and follow up on influencer assets, ensuring on-time posting and deliverables
    • Support reporting by organizing influencer content and documenting results for leadership reports
    • Be on-property when needed to support influencer visits, content capture, and activations
  • Creative Production & Asset Management
    • Coordinate with photographers and videographers: scheduling shoots, developing shot lists, and managing logistics
    • Manage content libraries through the DAM (tagging, organizing, and distributing creative assets)
    • Oversee asset collection, approvals, and distribution across teams
    • Support cross-functional marketing and paid media teams by providing assets and links
    • Coordinate timelines, project updates, and deliverable tracking to keep campaigns on schedule
  • Administrative & Project Coordination
    • Maintain detailed trackers for influencer contracts, deliverables, and timelines
    • Provide logistical and administrative support for creative projects, shoots, and marketing campaigns
    • Join weekly team calls and contribute to planning, reporting, and project coordination

Qualifications

What you’ll bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in social media coordination, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) and scheduling tools
  • Experience with digital asset management systems (DAMs) is a plus
  • Ability to be on-property in Los Angeles as needed for shoots, events, and activations
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or Monday.com) and social scheduling tools (Later, Sprout, Meta Business Suite)
  • Bonus: basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma
  • A passion for hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands is preferred

Hourly Range: $30.00-40.00/hr DOE
