Overview
Senior Specialist, Account Management (Influencer) at Omnicom Media Group (OMG), the media services division of Omnicom Group Inc. OMG connects capabilities across OMD, PHD, and Hearts & Science to deliver influencer experiences for clients and talent. The Sr. Specialist, Account Management, is a centralized role that will drive influencer strategy and client management within OMG’s managed service product, Creo. The core responsibility is to support a group of Account Management professionals, assist with client/agency communications, present campaign strategy and reporting, and support clients throughout the partnership lifecycle. The role serves all OMG agencies across the organization, working with clients and IATs on the execution and amplification of Creator campaigns.
Reports to: Supervisor, Account Management, Creo
Responsibilities
- Support senior members in executing day-to-day tasks related to influencer campaign activation and optimization including budget pacing, performance monitoring, billing, content QAs and reporting
- Communicate influencer marketing within the digital/paid media ecosystem and aid in the development of influencer strategy and tactical plans
- Support client communication across the influencer campaign lifecycle from identification to campaign reporting, and relay stages to clients
- Leverage OMG Influencer tech platform for influencer discovery and client content review in coordination with Creo creator activation personnel
Practice Excellence
- Maintain awareness of influencer landscape and industry trends, communicating impact to client business
- Understand social platform best practices and ad formats through platform certifications
Required Skills
- Understanding of influencer marketing and ability to align brand narratives with Creator-led storytelling
- Agency account management experience and ability to lead internal and external conversations
- Understanding of the influencer ecosystem across paid and organic roles & responsibilities
- Excellent collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Confident communicator and presenter
- High integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Critical thinking and problem solving related to influencer campaign activation
- Strong business acumen and timely decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Advertising/Communications preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience within influencer and/or media environments
- Hands-on experience developing and leading client-facing communication tied to influencer or media campaigns for Fortune-500 companies
- Experience with client business in retail and consumer packaged goods is preferred

Compensation and Benefits: Compensation Range: $40,000—$75,000 USD. This range reflects the pay the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of posting and may be adjusted based on experience, qualifications, and location. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation, sick, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance.
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office with two (2) days possible to work remotely; in-office days may be adjusted over time based on business needs.
