As a GEO Manager, you'll serve as a bridge between strategy and execution, owning key portions of GEO projects and client deliverables. You'll work directly with leading world brands to bring AI optimization frameworks to life, helping them adapt to the AI-forward search landscape and evolving consumer behaviors, while mentoring junior team members and supporting the growth of this emerging capability. This role is ideal for someone with solid SEO experience who's ready to step into AI-focused leadership, driving visibility programs for priority accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

  • Manage GEO discovery and assessment phases, including prompt analysis, AI content mapping, and visibility audits.
  • Translate GEO findings into actionable recommendations that feed into SEO roadmaps and content strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to pilot GEO workflows and tools.
Client Impact
  • Lead client conversations on project deliverables, GEO findings, and AI search implications.
  • Support the development of POVs and frameworks to guide client adoption of GEO practices.
  • Collaborate with PR and Paid Media to connect GEO insights across digital channels.
Team Enablement
  • Mentor Sr Associates and Associates on GEO analysis, tools, and reporting.
  • Contribute to internal trainings and help evolve GEO best practices.
Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of SEO experience, with exposure to AI-powered tools or workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, synthesize insights, and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Strong technical SEO expertise, including site auditing, structured data, and performance optimization.
  • Extensive experience conducting content gap audits, landscape and trend analyses, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities and inform SEO/GEO strategies
  • Familiarity with LLM tracking tools (Profound, Bluefish, BrightEdge Catalyst) or willingness to learn.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, with growing expertise in AI search platforms.
  • Skilled at building and delivering effective client presentations that translate complex SEO and AI insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$50,000-$95,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
