Overview

Library Digital Services Professional II provides expert technological support for colleagues and customers of primary library management systems and related applications, including Ex Libris Alma, Ex Libris Primo VE, Ex Libris Rapido, and OCLC ILLiad. The LDSP will understand how these systems work, how they interact with each other and with other campus systems, and will assist with configuration, administration, integration with external services, data extracts and reports, training, and vendor relations.

Description

As the Library Digital Services Professional (LDSP), you’ll provide expert technological support for colleagues and customers of our primary library management systems and related applications, including Ex Libris Alma, Ex Libris Primo VE, Ex Libris Rapido, and OCLC ILLiad. The LDSP will know how the individual systems work and how they interact with each other and other campus systems. The LDSP will also help configure and administer these systems, integrate them with external services, provide data extracts and reports as requested, provide training, and assist with vendors.
