Public Relations & Community Associate at Jerry – fully remote with the option to work onsite in Palo Alto, Toronto, or New York.

We are looking for an early-career professional who is comfortable with change and ambiguity and eager to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of AI, SEO, and media.

What You'll Do

• Engage with our audience: execute strategies on community channels (e.g., Reddit, Trustpilot), monitor reviews, respond to comments, identify trends, and flag insights for product and engineering teams.
• Drive Organic Growth: contribute to SEO and AEO strategies and experiment with AI-assisted workflows to increase visibility.
• Handle Public Relations: manage day-to-day PR operations across consumer, tech, business, and trade outlets; monitor news cycles, update media lists, track coverage, and build relationships with journalists.

Ideal Profile

• Hands-on experience with Reddit, Trustpilot, and other community and review platforms.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in journalism, communications, PR, or related field.
• Resourceful & proactive: fast, curious, and capable of solving problems and proposing improvements.
• Agile: thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while adapting to evolving media and tech landscapes.
• Determined: persistent and resilient, able to adjust approaches after setbacks and maintain momentum.
• Bonus: experience in a newsroom, PR agency, or startup environment.
