Overview

The Media Marketing Manager, OOH, Print, & Publisher, North America will support the strategic development and execution of paid brand advertising campaigns across media channels including outdoor, print and digital through publisher partnerships. As a key member of the North America Media & Digital Marketing team, this role shapes how the Ralph Lauren brand is experienced—offline and online—through strategic, high-impact storytelling. The role requires a strong grasp of the full consumer marketing funnel and a passion for media that blends creativity, data, and cultural relevance, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to bring integrated media campaigns to life.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Senior Media Manager to support strategic planning, execution, and optimization of 360° paid media campaigns across North America that communicate Ralph Lauren’s brand message in an elevated, impactful manner
  • Drive brand visibility, engagement, and innovation across Polo Ralph Lauren, Ralph Lauren Purple Label & Collection, Fashion Shows, Sports Partnerships (Olympics, Tennis, Golf), Home, Fragrance, and more
  • Lead day-to-day campaign operations including media planning, audience segmentation, creative briefings, and platform-specific executions
  • Oversee media buying across Print, OOH, and Digital to ensure placements reflect a premium, brand-safe environment
  • Manage RFP processes and partner selection for digital media buys, aligning with campaign objectives and budget constraints
  • Collaborate with the North America Paid Social and Performance Marketing teams to ensure full-funnel and cross-channel alignment
  • Coordinate with Creative and Content teams to ensure assets are elevated, fit for platform, and aligned with paid media needs
  • Act as the liaison between internal teams, external media agencies, and vendors to foster strong, collaborative relationships
  • Drive innovation by identifying and testing new offline and online executions, tools, and trends in the evolving media landscape
  • Manage the end-to-end creative briefing process with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely asset delivery and successful execution
  • Monitor and facilitate media budgets across initiatives, including PO creation, invoicing, coding, and reconciliation
  • Maintain internal documentation related to campaign spend, media calendars, creative assets, and agency deliverables for streamlined tracking and reporting
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights that drive optimization and inform future strategy
  • Produce brand plan decks and post-campaign reports with clear insights and learnings for cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a direct report, Media Marketing Associate, Print, OOH, & Publisher

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience in media marketing, ideally within a lifestyle/fashion brand or agency
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills and strong visual storytelling
  • Deep knowledge of luxury consumer behavior and current offline + online media trends
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
  • Proven success in designing, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns
  • Strategic understanding of how creative assets drive the customer journey
  • Ability to lead projects from concept through execution and post-campaign analysis
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across diverse teams
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a track record of managing multiple initiatives independently
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Monday.com, Figma, Aravo, Ariba is a plus
