Base pay range

$45.05/hr - $60.95/hr

Overview

Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a creative and detail-oriented User Experience (UX) Designer to join their team. Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to understand user needs, define design strategies, and deliver high-quality solutions that enhance usability and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• User Experience Designer will conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis
• Translate user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Design and iterate user flows, journey maps, and interaction models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
• As a User Experience Designer, you will ensure designs are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with brand guidelines
• Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical constraints
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design

Requirements

• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
