Job Title: Instructional Design Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative instructional design contractor to support the development of technical training materials. This temporary role will work under the guidance of the Technical Learning & Development team to rapidly produce engaging, high-quality content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and ElevenLabs. Experience with audio and video recording and editing is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal team members and subject matter experts to design and develop technical training content.
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective learning experiences.
  • Develop multimedia assets including audio, video, simulations, and interactive modules.
  • Ensure quick turnaround of deliverables while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
  • Utilize standard tools and templates to build content aligned with corporate training goals.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and ElevenLabs.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with audio and video recording and editing is strongly preferred.

Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to collaborate with the team from the comfort of your own environment. This is a 3 month contract position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
