Assist in creating and deploying detailed work plans for events or small projects
Supervise technical aspects and troubleshoot audio-visual systems during events
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients while providing outstanding customer service
Monitor cost control measures and assist in securing local resources
Complete post-event processes and assist in the training of technicians
What is Required (Qualifications)
BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of knowledge of audio-visual or related technical skill set
1+ years of on-site crew experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to travel up to 50% may be required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Venue audio-visual experience and a strong technical background
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
MS Office proficiency
