What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist in creating and deploying detailed work plans for events or small projects
• Supervise technical aspects and troubleshoot audio-visual systems during events
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients while providing outstanding customer service
• Monitor cost control measures and assist in securing local resources
• Complete post-event processes and assist in the training of technicians

What is Required (Qualifications)

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of knowledge of audio-visual or related technical skill set
• 1+ years of on-site crew experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% may be required

• Venue audio-visual experience and a strong technical background
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• MS Office proficiency
