Job Description
As a UX Designer within the Payments Central initiative you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user centric experiences across our unified payments platform You will collaborate with product managers developers and visual designers to create seamless workflows and interfaces that enhance usability accessibility and client satisfaction This role requires strong design thinking user research capabilities and experience in financial services or enterprise platforms
Key Responsibilities
Design user journeys wireframes and prototypes for payment processing modules
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align UX strategy with business goals
Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices and platforms
Maintain design consistency and contribute to design system development
Translate complex workflows into intuitive and efficient user experiences
Support Agile teams with design assets and feedback during development cycles
Stay current with UX trends tools and best practices in financial technology
Key Skills and Experience
6-10 years of experience in UX design preferably in financial services or enterprise platforms
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar
Strong understanding of UX principles accessibility standards and responsive design
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with crossfunctional teams
Soft Skills
Empathy for user needs and behaviors
Creative thinking and problemsolving
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and design quality
Adaptability and openness to feedback
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in payments or banking operations
Familiarity with cloudnative platforms and modular architectures
Willingness to travel to client sites across Europe and North America
