As a Creative Program Manager, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, and collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Manage the intake, assignment, and tracking of all creative requests across teams and stakeholders. Build and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery of key milestones. Allocate creative resources effectively, balancing workload across design, copy, video, and production teams. Facilitate daily and weekly status meetings to align priorities and address potential risks or blockers. Serve as the central point of contact for project updates, communications, and status reports. What's Needed?
At least 3 years of experience in traffic management, project management, or program management within a creative or marketing environment. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools, preferably Jira. Strong organizational and communication skills to influence and foster collaboration across teams. Understanding of creative workflows including design, copy, video, and digital production.
