The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for independently overseeing a portfolio of client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with them. This position requires excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. Essential Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Independently oversee a portfolio of client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact Collaborate with the creative team, marketing department, digital team and media planning to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase retention and satisfaction Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to develop new and effective marketing strategies Monitor campaign performance metrics to identify potential areas for improvement Oversee project timelines and manage budgets to ensure successful and efficient execution of campaigns Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project status and gather feedback Requirements 8+ years of experience in account management in a marketing or advertising agency Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field Experience in senior living marketing is a plus Proven success managing multiple client accounts simultaneously Expert in managing a multi-disciplined team Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment Proficient in a Mac-based environment, Google Suite, Zoom Expertise in project management software and tools (Function Point, Basecamp, Asana, Monday, etc.) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits Benefits FIVE19 is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all and investing in our people with a comprehensive and competitive benefits package: Medical, dental and vision insurance Employee assistance program (EAP) PTO and sick leave, in addition to 8 paid Agency holidays 401(k) retirement plan, with company contributions Profit sharing plan Pet Insurance Short-term and long-term disability insurance Life insurance FIVE19 fosters a culture of work-life balance, inclusion and diversity.
