Lexitas is seeking a creative, driven Content Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand across digital platforms. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, you will implement multi-channel content strategies that attract, engage, and convert our target audience. You9ll create, manage, and distribute high-quality content for our website, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels, collaborating with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with business goals, tracking performance metrics, and refining our approach for maximum visibility and engagement.

Lexitas is a rapidly growing national provider of legal and corporate support services, including court reporting, medical record retrieval, process service, registered agent services, and corporate filings. Our mission is to deliver unmatched service with integrity, professionalism, and responsiveness.

Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $38.00/hr. This full-time, hybrid role is based at our Houston office located at 13101 Northwest Freeway. The stated pay range is Based on Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit engaging content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, email campaigns, paid ads, graphics, and video scripts.
  • Optimize content for SEO to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and voice.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns using tools like Pardot.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to guide content improvements.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing colleagues to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, marketing tools, and content best practices.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional content marketing experience.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SemRush, Sprout).
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and design tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva).
  • Working knowledge of HTML and familiarity with AI tools preferred.
  • Experience with Pardot or similar email marketing platforms.
