Overview

The Creative Project Manager – Content will lead the end-to-end management of content development projects across multiple channels, including social media, blogs, influencer campaigns, and more. This role serves as the central point of contact for content initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between creative, marketing, production, and media teams while maintaining timelines, quality, and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management of content development initiatives across channels, with both copy and visual asset deliverables.
  • Facilitating the creative, marketing and production alignment across cross functional teams
  • Manage the pipeline of blog articles and assets development
  • Support influencer campaigns by aligning on timelines, asset expectations, and partner coordination.
  • Build and maintain asset libraries; oversee internal distribution and organization of creative files.
  • Integrated content timeline and schedule in support of 360 Marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with creative/strategy, media, and production teams to ensure content assets meet strategic goals, brand standards, and platform requirements.
  • Manage intake briefs and plan deliverables before handing off for execution (visual with producers, copy with writers)
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources, and for multiple concurrent content projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Act as the central point of contact for content-related projects—driving alignment, approvals, and clear communication between cross-functional partners.
  • Maintain integrated content calendars and timelines to align with 360 marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee creative development workflows, including brief intake, milestone tracking, creative reviews, feedback consolidation, and final delivery.
  • Ensure content assets are optimized for their specific platforms while maintaining consistency and cohesiveness within broader brand strategy and 360 marketing campaigns.
  • Work in partnership with other Creative Project Managers to maintain a unified marketing ecosystem.
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve conflicts, and troubleshoot production roadblocks to keep projects on track.
  • Support the tracking of content performance insights (in collaboration with Marketing/Social teams) to inform future content planning cycles.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and workflow optimizations for the content production pipeline.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in creative project management, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing/creative team.
  • Demonstrated experience managing content across digital platforms, especially Social Media, CTV, Blogs, and OOH.
  • Strong understanding of content formats, specs, and creative best practices across a variety of marketing channels.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and shifting priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating with creatives, strategists, marketers, and media teams.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • Familiarity with content performance metrics and how creative can drive engagement and conversion.
  • Agile, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for storytelling and creativity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a 360-marketing environment or supporting integrated campaigns.
  • Experience managing production calendars and budgets
  • Experience with asset management systems
