Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop captivating digital creative assets for various platforms including websites, emails, and apps.
• Ensure visuals and messaging align with brand standards and creative vision.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Project Management to analyze creative performance data and optimize designs accordingly.
• Maintain communication with the Project Management team to update project timelines and progress.
• Manage raw media and finished assets for accessibility and organization.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of proven design experience in a consumer-focused environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative projects and engaging designs.
• Solid understanding of design principles such as typography and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
