Responsibilities include:
Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging digital creative assets such as graphics, animations, videos, and other multimedia content for our platforms, including websites, emails, apps, and paid media. Proficiency in motion graphics is essential. Ensure all visuals, messaging, and interactive elements align with the creative vision and adhere to brand standards across our diverse brand portfolio. Apply strategic thinking and design principles throughout the creative development process, delivering top-tier designs that effectively drive consumer business growth. Collaborate with the Creative Director and Project Management team to leverage data and analytics, gaining insights into creative performance and recommending asset updates to optimize outcomes. Maintain consistent communication with the Project Management team and colleagues, providing updates on project timelines and progress. Stay informed about the competitive landscape, industry best practices, and emerging trends in design and consumer revenue generation. Organize and manage raw media and finished assets, ensuring proper storage and backup for easy access and retrieval by internal and external partners. Required Experience/Skills
4-6 years of proven experience as a designer, demonstrating the ability to create impactful and revenue-generating campaigns. Experience in consumer-focused or revenue-driven environments, such as marketing, advertising, or e-commerce, is preferred. A robust portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity, with a diverse range of projects that highlight the ability to deliver high-quality designs and drive consumer engagement. A solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and user experience (UX) design, is crucial for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs that align with brand standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for effective teamwork in cross-functional environments. The candidate should clearly articulate ideas, actively engage in discussions, and work collaboratively with colleagues and the Creative Director. A detail-oriented mindset, ensuring that all design elements, messaging, and interactive features align with the creative vision and brand standards, is vital for delivering high-quality and consistent designs. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and provide regular updates on project timelines and progress. A proactive and adaptable attitude, staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and being open to learning and implementing new design approaches to consistently deliver innovative and cutting-edge creative solutions.
