About the Role
Beam is looking for a performance-focused Senior Graphic Designer who will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and optimizing visual assets across paid digital channels. Reporting into our Senior Creative Director, you will collaborate closely with marketing, data, and product teams to produce high-performing creatives that drive conversions and revenue. This role requires a balance of creative vision, attention to detail, and a data-informed approach to design.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop performance-driven creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, display, email, landing pages, and video
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate performance insights and audience data into compelling creative concepts
- Optimize creative assets through A/B testing and iterate based on performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.)
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging design techniques, and platform best practices to enhance creative effectiveness
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
Who You Are
- 4-8 years of experience in a performance creative, digital design, or related role
- Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven digital assets (e.g., social ads, banners, landing pages, and video and motion graphics)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, or similar
- Understanding of performance marketing KPIs and the ability to translate data insights into creative optimizations
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and/or video editing is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritize, manage timelines, and deliver exceptional work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in leveraging AI tools to scale, test, and iterate is a plus
