We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with a passion for gaming and an eye for design who can create graphics that come to life. From designing show-stopping social media posts to crafting compelling visuals for online ads, you will be a key player in elevating our brand and our clients\' presence. Graphic Designer Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with our brand and resonate with our gaming community
  • Start a project from scratch without needing sketches or excessive directions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and memes, incorporating fresh design concepts into campaigns on TikTok, Reels, and other social media platforms
  • Edit gameplay footage, promotional videos, and other video content to meet high standards of quality and creativity
  • Design engaging and visually stunning graphics for marketing materials, social media, and advertising campaigns
  • Contribute to the team by providing input, feedback, and constructive criticism on designs
  • Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of projects
  • Generate concept art that captures the essence and visual style of our game projects to guide the art team and inspire development

Graphic Designer Qualifications / Skills

  • Proficiency in design and video editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and video editing projects, preferably gaming-related
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Demonstrated abilities in organization and time management; self-motivation and capability to work autonomously
  • (Optional) Comfortable or familiar with project management apps like Monday.com, Google Drive, Trello, etc.
  • Being a passionate gamer is a huge plus!

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Good written and spoken English is a requirement for this position
  • 1+ years of experience in video and image editing, or relevant experience, is highly preferred
  • Visual content creation, Adobe know-how, video and image editing, or other relevant industry experience on your CV over the number of school years
  • Experience in creating digital assets, knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, visual composition, logo, typography, and web (socials/websites formats & layouts)
  • Experience creating graphics for a videogame or esports social media or product pages is a plus
