The Manager, Media Investment position supports the planning for all major digital channels including TV, Partnerships, Digital Direct, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Paid Search for a global electronics media account with Constellation. This role works with cross‑functional disciplines (Investment, Strategy, Performance Analytics) and other teams to support and achieve client’s business objectives. This role will help oversee the total execution of media campaigns from investment strategy through activation and assisting in reporting deliverables. The person is focused on how media strategy translates investment strategy to deliver on campaign goals and continually evaluates and improves media processes and opportunities, partnering with Client Service and Project Management to support internal and client-facing discussions.
Resides within a commutable distance from one of Mars United Commerce’s Detroit, Dallas, Chicago, New York or Bentonville locations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the coordination, trafficking, and execution of complex, large-scale media campaigns in Prisma
- Work with Director to review client deliverables for quality, ensuring that recommendations and work product are accurate and on strategy
- Exhibit strong brand and direct response expertise
- Lead the execution of media plans; provide analysis when necessary; help interpret campaign results and analysis
- Ultimate responsibility for delivering the highest quality, flawlessly executed campaigns
- Support media strategy development and associated measurement and ad ops plans
- Support in the delivery of media tacticals and POVs, coordinating with necessary teams to account for all relevant inputs, and oversee the translation of the investment strategy across activations
- Serve as primary day-to-day internal contact for operational elements of a campaigns
- Work with project management and client service to support internal investment teams and deliver on client requests
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of Cross Channel Media Management experience is required
- Digital media agency experience is preferred
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong project and time management skills
- Strong desire to contribute to a team
- Solid managerial skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $116,380 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
