Jobscope

• Lead, oversee, or support health promotion, disease prevention, and strategic projects for patients (HealthierSG) and staff (Workplace Health Promotion) in Northern and Central Singapore.
• Provide data support, monitoring, and analysis to track service operations and outcomes.
• Curate, collate, and manage Patient & Family Education Materials (PFEM), ensuring proper coordination, administration, and targeted delivery.
• Deliver selected health talks, workshops, events, and programmes professionally.
• Support and coordinate Health Promotion Corners, events, and initiatives at clinics, HQ, and in the community.
• Plan and schedule updates, print materials, manage displays, source vendors, prepare briefs, and oversee related projects.
• Assist in marketing and publicity activities, gather customer feedback, and improve programmes and services.
• Participate in task forces, committees, and workgroups, providing administrative and secretariat support.
• Supervise and mentor Health Promoting Care Coordinators and Executive Assistants in their duties.
• Attend training courses, seminars, and conferences to stay updated and achieve required training hours.

Requirements

• Min Degree in any related course of studies
• Experience in health promotion, healthcare, projects will be highly preferred
