Title: Mid-Level Writer

• Reports to: Group Creative Director
• Supervisory Responsibilities: No
• FLSA Status: Exempt
• Travel: 5-15%

What You’ll Do

• Concept and write across all mediums: TV, print, digital, social, and beyond
• Collaborate with partners, creatives, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life
• Seek creative opportunities on projects big and small
• Create engaging presentations to sell your ideas
• Present work internally and occasionally to clients
• Turn feedback into stronger, smarter creative
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines without missing a beat

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of ad agency or creative experience
• A polished portfolio showcasing standout copywriting and creative concepts, preferably with produced work
• Razor sharp written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence presenting ideas internally
• Cultural fluency and a desire to make work that resonates with diverse audiences
• Attention to detail and a hunger to keep learning

Bonus Points for

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Adobe Creative Suite

What You’ll Learn

• How to concept, sell, and produce fully integrated work from big idea to final execution
