Responsibilities
The Appellate Brief Writing Attorney will be responsible for drafting appellate briefs, dispositive motions, and legal memoranda to support complex trial and appellate matters. This is an opportunity to focus exclusively on written advocacy and analytical work.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic performance
- Minimum of 2 years of legal experience, ideally in appellate practice or litigation support
- Demonstrated excellence in legal research and persuasive writing
- Florida Bar admission and good standing required
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling arguments
