We're seeking a strategic financial leader who will transform data into insights that drive Amazon Prime Video's international growth. In this pivotal role, you'll craft compelling financial narratives that shape critical business decisions and illuminate the path forward for our global entertainment platform.

Serve as the primary financial partner for Prime Video International, delivering comprehensive financial insights and support -

Develop sophisticated, data-driven financial analyses that illuminate business performance and strategic opportunities -

Consolidate and articulate financial performance across diverse international teams -

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and technological innovations -

Lead comprehensive financial reviews and strategic initiatives with precision and creativity

You'll dive deep into complex financial landscapes, translating intricate data into clear, actionable insights that empower our leadership team to make informed decisions.

About the team We are a collaborative and forward-thinking finance team dedicated to supporting Prime Video's global expansion. Our work directly impacts how millions of customers experience entertainment worldwide, creating meaningful connections through storytelling and technology. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience - 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience - MBA, or CPA - Knowledge of SQL/ETL - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) - Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
