Trade Marketing Coordinator

Overview A growing food manufacturing company in North Orange County is seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This hands-on role combines brand support, trade marketing, and creative execution to ensure consistent representation across packaging, POP displays, trade shows, and sales activations.

Responsibilities

Support packaging updates, POP displays, merchandising tools, and marketing collateral

Coordinate trade shows, distributor meetings, and industry events

Partner with Sales on promotional campaigns and retail execution

Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, and Finance

Manage vendors, timelines, and budgets for packaging and trade marketing projects

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or CPG

Strong skills in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)

Proven experience with POP, packaging updates, or trade show coordination

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Must be able to work in the office daily M-F. This is not hybrid.

Benefits

Competitive salary $60,000–$75,000, depending on experience
