We are seeking an Instructional Designer (Demo Experience Designer) to create interactive, user-friendly product demos tailored for sales, client education, and internal training. This role will collaborate with product, marketing, operations, sales, and client services teams to design demo experiences that align with business goals, highlight key features, and deliver compelling, persona-based storytelling. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Design, ideate, and build interactive product demos using a proprietary demo platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features and audience needs. Customize demos and educational materials for prospects, clients, partners, and internal training. Tailor demo experiences to buyer personas, emphasizing relevant features. Continuously update existing demos with new product features and industry best practices. Conduct QA testing to ensure functionality, usability, and reliability. Provide training to sales and relationship management teams on demo usage. Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Requirements
Must-Haves
5 years of experience in instructional design, demo creation, or similar enablement roles. Skills in designing interactive learning or demo experiences. Collaboration skills, able to work with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience tailoring demos to specific personas or use cases. Attention to detail with a user-focused approach. Nice-to-Haves
Experience with demo platforms such as Walnut (or similar). Background in SaaS, technology, or healthcare technology industries. Experience supporting sales enablement or partner training.
